What is the minimum order?

Our minimum order is just 12 pairs — one team, one bridal party or one small gift run is a normal order — with volume tiers for corporate programmes, hotels and retail.

How fast will my fuzzy socks arrive?

Your free mockup lands within 24 hours and finished socks ship in about 2 weeks, with express turnaround available when a holiday hand-out date is fixed.

Why do you talk so much about the soles?

Because of when fuzzy socks are worn: half-asleep, in the dark, on the smoothest floors in the house. A plush sole on polished wood is close to frictionless, and stairs make it worse. Silicone gripper dots across the heel and forefoot remove the hazard for pennies, which is why hospitals will not issue a sock without them. Turn any fuzzy sock sole-up in a store and you will know instantly whether anyone specified it.

Will they still be fuzzy after washing?

That is decided by the yarn twist before the first sock is knitted. Low-twist feather yarn sheds its pile into the machine, mats flat and pills by about the fifth wash — exactly when a gift recipient forms their opinion. Ours is high-twist yarn that locks the pile to the core, and the wash spec is quoted rather than hoped.

What is wrong with one-size-fits-most?

It means a tube with no heel. Nothing locates a tube on the foot, so it rotates, the sole migrates, the excess bunches under the arch, and any gripper dots end up on top of the toes gripping nothing. We knit real size runs with a scaled heel pocket in every size, kids’ included.

How does branding work on plush fabric?

Not with embroidery or print — pile swallows stitching and print cracks on top of fuzz. Designs are knitted in as jacquard, so the pattern is the fabric itself; wordmarks go on the ribbed cuff or a woven label where the surface is flat; and on gripper socks the silicone pattern on the sole can be your logo. The method is named on every quote.

Can you match a pattern or colour we already sell?

Usually. Send physical socks rather than photographs — plush colour has to be matched in hand — and we will match the yarn or tell you plainly how close we can get before knitting. Patterns, colours, sizes and sole specs are held on file, so reorders match the run they join.

Do you make running socks, grip socks for studios, or dress socks?

No. Performance running socks, pilates and barre grip socks, and dress socks are each their own product with their own specialist supplier, and we will point you to one rather than sell you the wrong thing. Everything we make is a plush sock for being warm indoors.
